Using of molecular genetic systems GeneХpert MTB/RIF and GenoType for investigation of patients with tuberculosis in combination with bacteriological BACTEC system is justified. After pre-treatment of sputum samples the effectiveness of TB in the GeneXpert MTB/RIF increased by 13,4 %. High diagnostic value of GeneXpert MTB/RIF (59,4 %) is proven for sputum samples with negative by microscopy. The results of molecular studying of multidrug-resistance in GenoType MTBDRplus system is coincide in 95,5 % with results of phenotypic testing method of proportion.
