Use of complex of immunological, biochemical, microbiological, pathomorphological, clinical and laboratory examinations, methods of mathematical statistics allowed to define the certain features adaptation mechanisms disorders, feature of course and clinical manifestations of eczema in tobacco smokers; bacterial vaginosis; arthropathic psoriasis in patients with chlamydial infection and trichomoniasis; arthropathic psoriasis, depending on the severity of cutaneous and articular manifestations of the disease; latent syphilis; atopic dermatitis according to gender, shape, stage of disease, the type of sensitization; rosacea depending on gender, forms and stages of the disease; onychomycosis in patients with concomitant presence of circulatory disorders, - to set the scientifically grounded levels of disorders and distribute the patients in clinical and therapeutic groups, to define the differentiated recommendation and develop of methods of their effective complex therapy, prophylaxis of relapses and distributions of these diseases, are which were inculcated in practice of specialized medically-diagnostic institution of Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine.
