A number of problems associated with the development of methods to reducing of heat loss from the surfaces of buildings in the surrounding area will be solved. Among them: establishing patterns of radiation-convective heat transfer from the building surfaces to the wind flows depending on their intensity and direction; defining levels of heat transfer in the ground through the foundation of the building; influence of insulating coatings that are installed on the surface of buildings to reduce heat loss through its walls ; studies of the character of relative position of buildings on the intensity of heat losses on their surfaces; establishing methods of rational distribution of buildings in urban development for minimizing of heat loss. As a result, the project is develop a method of calculating the aerodynamic and thermal interaction of individual buildings and groups of buildings with external wind flow considering internal heat transfer processes. The features of coupled heat transfer processes from internal space of building to the external wind flows and to the earth's surfaces through the walls is established.
