Aim of the work - creation of harmless, suitable and reliable method and range of scanners for screening of skin tumors. Results of research and development work: constructions and trial lot of scanners for skin thermography are developed, as well as thermostat for calibration of sensors, cooling devise for thermal stimulation of skin surface. For those scanners, software and methods of contact thermograohy are developed. The sample of modified thermograph is given to Donetsk city clinic for testing. Design documentation is given to "SPE "Metecol" LTD for serial production; utility model patent is received; application for utility model is prepared.
