It was studied the influence of pressure and temperature on the exchange shift effect in cobaltite La0.9Ba0.1CoO3, phase separated manganites CaMn1-xRuxO3 and nanostructured Sm0.27Ca0.73MnO3. It was shown that the external pressure is an effective tool for managing exchange bias and coercivity in Ru doped perovskites CaMnO3 thanks to the valence and spin modifications mechanism. In the framework of the modified crystal field theory the spin state changes of iron ions under the influence of unrestricted distortion of the tetrahedral complex were studied. Anomalous distribution topology of the iron ion spin states was adjudicated, which explains the phase transition "superconductor-metal-superconductor" under pressure in superconducting iron selenides MxFeySe2 (M = Rb, Cs).
