The contribution of MgB in the total composite's conductivity has been calculated and the magnitude of the electron-phonon effects originated from MgB in current-voltage characteristics of the composite has been estimated. It was found that distinctive features in the point contact spectra of the MgB:LSMO samples and conventionally attributed to the electron-boson interaction can not be related to MgB phonons, and are a manifestation of the electron-spectrum renormalization of LSMO.
