It is shown that as compared with ECAE ECMAE is more efficient methods of structural modification of polymers, which allows for one cycle to accumulate significant plastic deformation, and substantially improve the polymer properties. ECMAE provides them with a unique set of physical and mechanical properties: a combination of high strength and ductility at low anisotropy of the latter. In the case of composites ECMAE homogenize their structure compared to the baseline samples increases their strength and micro-hardness . Revealed that the variation of the parameters and routes ECMAE deformation allows you to manage the character of the orientational order , uniformity and distribution oriented fibrils by dominant orientations , volume fraction and the degree of perfection of the crystals . Created structural states in polyolefins and composites based on them they ensure the implementation of a new functional properties - biaxial " Invar effect." Biaxially fibrillar form a dense network of physical nodes , contributes to the high temperature - time stability of the polymer materials. Product Description popup.authors А.В. Возняк В.О.
