Research object: the functional state of the athletes in the dynamics of the training process. Article of research: performance athletes homeostasis, lipid peroxidation, structural-functional state of the cell membrane, the characteristics of the psychological state of athletes. Methods of researches: analysis of literatures, biochemical, hematological, psychological, immunological, immunoenzymatical, reovazografical, statistical methods. Research results: studied changes in homeostasis, the psychological characteristics of athletes and others during the training process and under the influence of new pharmacological ergogenic drugs and non-pharmacological effects, such vibration loads and psychocorrection events. The mechanisms of action of these funds based on the mitigation of the manifestations of oxidative stress, improve the immune and endocrine systems, showing the positive impact of new means of ergogenic performance- training and competitive process of the qualified athletes without compromising their quality of life.
