These technique is based on spectrometric measurements of electrons accompanying the decay of these isotopes. Accounting contribution of the K-40 electrons to the total activity of samples has improved accuracy for living objects to 15-20 % (the A (Cs-137 ) / A (Sr-90 ) ratio in samples changes from 2 to 100), for soil samples 10-15 % (the activity of samples changes in four orders).
