The highest content of viral antigens detected by Cucumius mosaic virus in the bud and seed surface structures of sweet pepper of strain "Sladkij Pastyh ", and Tomato Mosaic Virus of strain "Rotunda". The presence of viral infection had no effect on laboratory germination but reduced vigor and strength of growth of seeds. In sweet pepper plant samples taken from the open ground of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Vinnytsia region, Poltava region, with closed ground Zhytomyrskyj and Kyivskyj regions by ELISA and electron microscopy was established the presence of antigens to Cucumius mosaic virus, Tomato mosaic virus.
