It investigates features wet and semi-dry desulphurization based on partial dissolution of sulfur dioxide in water and subsequent binding of sorbents designed laboratory facilities. It was obtained that the solution of ammonium hydrate very efficiently absorbs sulfur dioxide to achieve stoichiometric molar ratio between the sorbent and sulfur for acid salts . There is a way out of ammonia from the solution , which requires loss of industrial application. The formation of ammonium sulfate occurs only at low pH solution when basic compounds are acidic salts. The reactions take place in the liquid until it is complete evaporation.
