Kyrdyumov Institute for Metall Physics of N.A.S. of Ukraine popup.description2 The experimental and theoretical study of physical nature of interaction in systems with magnetic and superconducting ordering has been carried out. In particular, electrophysical properties of thin film multilayer heterostructures such as F-I-S, F/S-I-S (F is a ferromagnet, S - a superconductor, I - an insulator) were studied. The technology was developed and Co2CrAl-I-Pb F-I-S-type tunnel junctions (TJs) where the Co2CrAl ferromagnetic half-metal (FHM) Heusler alloy was used as a spin injector for the first time and Co2CrAl/Pb-I-Pb F/S-I-S-type TJs with the proximity effect in the Co2CrAl/Pb F/S junction were produced. Current-voltage characteristics (CVCs) of Co2CrAl-I-Pb and Co2CrAl/Pb-I-Pb TJs with different values of the tunnel barrier transparency were investigated and the effect of tunnel current blocking, magnitude of which depends on р - degree of spin polarization of the ferromagnet found. The estimation of the degree of spin polarization p of Co2CrAl FHM films with crystalline ordering B2 - and L21 - type was carried out by method developed. For high quality Co2CrAl FHM films B2 - and L21 - type, р = 0,90-0,97 was obtained, which is close to the theoretical value for Co2CrAl рт = 1. CVCs of Co2CrAl/Pb-I-Pb TJs were obtained and impact of the proximity effect in the Co2CrAl/Pb F/S-type sandwich on their shape studied. CVCs of Co2CrAl/Pb-I-Pb TJs in a parallel to the plane of TJ weak magnetic field H were investigated. The effect of change of the Co2CrAl/Pb sandwich energy gap value at the Н value change was found. DC Josephson effect in the Co2CrAl/Pb-I-Pb F/S-I-S-type structure was investigated.
