Purpose - recommendations for correcting the influence of the content and composition of oxide nanopowders on the formation of the microstructure of the welds and its mechanical properties . Research methods and apparatus - when doing research using methods of optical and electron microscopy , X-ray diffraction analyzes and computer programs for the analysis of microstructural components and distribution of non-metallic inclusions in size and composition . Results and innovation - it is shown that the formation of structures with higher rates of strength and toughness is more effective when implementing into welding pool of nano titanium than aluminum and zirconium , and a high strength with sufficient viscosity - nano alumina . The main feature of this structure is reduction of the brittle ferrite morphological forms , as well as a high degree of grinding and dispersion of structural components . The technological regulations , including recommendations for the production of welded joints of high strength low alloyed steels modified by metal oxides of nano additives are developed.
