The object of study is the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints of high-strength low-alloy steels with nano additives . The aim is to develop technology solutions to increase the functional properties of welded joints due to the impact of nano additives that provides the formation of the microstructure of the metal of welded joints of high-strength low-alloy steels . As a result of the carrying out of the work the new scheme of the implementation of nano additives into the welding molten pool was developed , which includes the manufacture on the base of powder metallurgy ligature from iron powders and nanosized powders of aluminum oxide or titanium. Ligature used as a consumable electrode , which is laid between edges of two metals are welded . Established that changes in the volume fraction nano oxides aluminum and titanium from 0.5% to 4.5% are the most effective wen oxide particles 5-7 nm in an amount of 0.5 vol %.are present. The degree of assimilation nanoparticles in the melt bath is about 40 %, and with increasing concentration degree of assimilation decreases. Implementation in to the weld pool aluminum and titanium nano oxides substantially increases the mechanical properties of the weld metal in particular, yield strength and durability on average more than 100MPa compared with those metal weld output . Implementation nanooxsides of titanium additionally increases toughness more than 2 times . A production schedules is developed, which provides guidance on making welds low- high-strength steels , which are modified nano additives of metal oxides.
