The goal of research is improving efficiency of strength analysis of composites considering manufacturing and assembling stress state. The methods of research include theoretical studies in the field of mechanics of deformable solids. The modeling of assembling stress state is conducted by application of analytical scheme of pre-stressed low-sloped shells in terms of displacements. Panels supporting conditions on load-carrying skeleton are modeled by means of geometrical boundary conditions. Skeleton elements are assumed to be absolutely rigid at bending. Panel restricted state in deformation in lateral direction at assembling is used as original analysis conditions. Shell state is assumed to be bendless but free thermal stress over surface are presented. Preliminary manufacturing stress in the panel is determined by means of application of the technique developed at the previous stages of research. Results of the research are used in educational process of the Aviation Materials department of Zhukovsky National Aerospace University "KhAI".
