The work purpose development of the thermoelectric heat pump with thermoelectric module made from the nanostructured thermoelectric materials khalkogenids of bismuth and antimony, and elements of power designs of energy wind converters with use of the nanomodified polymeric composites. Scientific novelty of the received results is that the structure and thermoelectric properties of the nanostructured khalkogenids of bismuth and antimony solid solutions are investigated and the thermoelectric heat pump with high coefficient of performance on the basis of these materials is developed and different types of carbon nanofillers and their influence on physicomechanical and heatphysical properties of the nanomodified epoxy polymeric composites are investigated and elements of power designs with high operational rates of quality are developed on their basis.
