The zinc oxide samples were dissolved in the electrolysis cell. The possibility of copper-67 deposition on carbon substrate while electrolysis of zinc solution in sulfuric acid was shown. Mathematical model of the converter and the target was developed, and the process of copper isotope accumulation was simulated. The dependences of the efficiency of copper isotope production for different energies and electron beam diameters were calculated.
