Studying catalytic carbonization of solid raw materials popup.stage_title Head Tripolsky Andriy Ikkievuch, Registration Date 04-02-2014 Organization L.V.Pysarzhevsky Institute of Physical Chemistry of National Academy of Science of Ukraine popup.description2 Previous studies have shown that the main problem of the catalytic conversion of " volatile" is a fast deactivation of catalysts. It was found that under certain process conditions in the presence of water vapor decontamination process catalysts significantly slowed down. The aim of the study was to optimize the conditions of steam reforming " volatile" and the development of efficient catalysts for the conversion in terms of steam reforming solid renewable raw materials and catalytic carbonization process in order to increase the release of gas from a primary hydrogen content . A study of steam reforming of flying directly into the process of carbonization of renewable raw materials and subsequent steam gasification in order to develop the technological conditions of catalytic gasification of solid renewable resources . As model compounds were studied steam catalytic conversion of phenol and carboxylic acids. Been proposed catalytic systems for the conversion of tar pyrolysis solid renewable resources . The structure consists of transition metals (Me = Fe, Rh, Pt, Ni) and oxides of Ce, Zr, Al and alkaline earth metals. It is shown that in the process of steam reforming, catalytic phenol catalyst Ni /?-Al2O3 is more active compared to Pt /?-Al2O3 and industrial Fe / MgO -CeO. Retrieved lower value ratio SO/SO2 . During steam reforming, catalytic carboxylic acids determined that the change applied metal Pt on Ni increases the value of the conversion and release of hydrogen and reduces zavuhletsyuvannya catalyst . The obtained results allow to specifically regulate the functional properties of multifunctional catalysts for steam reforming of Biomass " volatile " to optimize the conditions of the catalytic carbonization of biomass and its subsequent steam reforming , and thus improve the basic parameters of the process of producing hydrogen Product Description popup.authors Бичко Ігор Богданович Калішин Євген Юрійович Стрижак Петро Євгенович Трипольський Анрдій Іккійович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
