It was shown that in mice infected with influenza virus , we observed a significant increase in the expression of genes IFN? and IFN?, which both cytokines increased tenfold. Simultaneously healthy mice increased expression of these genes did not occur. We also observed a strong increase in gene expression during infection of mice NOS2 influenza virus compared to healthy animals. Thus, we observed a significant increase in the expression of certain genes for the innate immune system of animals infected with influenza virus . Significant increase (tenfold ) expression of these genes can be used to create a diagnostic system disease caused by the virus .
