Purpose of research work: development of the distance controlled non-destructive kinetic method of analysis of the radiation induced modification of the system of noncovalent bonds in biopolymers and materials, and verification of authenticity of this method on the model systems. Research methods: photoluminescent and cathodoluminescent spectroscopy, kinetic methods of analytical chemistry, analytical methods of heterogeneous differential equalizations solution. Experimental research and design of the process of coherent energy transfer of excitation to the active centers of the samples and the process of localization of electronic excitations as the stimulating factor of the interatomic bond dissociation have been done. The self-consistent non-stationary kinetic model of the processes of renormalization of the system of interatomic bonds and point defect formation stimulated by localization of mobile electronic excitations and the model of thermodynamic description of the processes of thermal inactivation in the processes of inactivation of excitonic traps in atomic van-der-waals crystals and enzyme-substrate complexes is developed. The developed methods were applied for the first time to description of the processes of DNA dissociation, of the point defects formation in atomic crystals, of the catalytic nitrous oxide reduction and of the inactivation of excitonic traps in atomic van-der-waals crystals and of enzyme-substrate complexes. The developed methods can be used for photochemical and photobiological processes analysis, and during disinfection and sterilization by irradiation, food processing by photons, electrons and microwave radiation, during photostimulation of the processes of waste water decontamination in the processes of ecological biotechnology.
