Attestation samples were conducted: the chemical composition, the homogeneity degree and crystal structure were investigated, measuring microhardness, galvanomagnetic, thermoelectric and thermal properties in the temperature range were conducted. It is established that physical properties dependencies of solid solution were nonmonotonic character - concentration anomalies of heat capacity, electroconductivity, carrier charge mobility and thermal conductivity were detected. Presence of anomalies attributed with critical phenomena that accompany the transition from diluted to concentrated and associated solid solutions, with electronic phase transitions (transition to the gapless state, semimetal-semiconductor). The oscillatory character of properties isotherms that indicates the presence of intermediate states in the system with different types of spatial correlations was detected. The obtained crystals will be used for a receipt from them of low-dimensional and three-dimensional nanocomposite materials for thermoelectric energy conversion.
