The purpose of the project is elaboration of new ways of obtaining of complicated nonlinear electromagnetic systems with a short period of polarization and magnetization. Method of numerical modeling of electromagnetic processes, which accompany propagation of electromagnetic waves in layered composite nonlinear medium, was used. Method of a vacuum aerosol deposition and electrochemical sedimentation of dispersed ceramics with nonlinear dielectric and magnetic penetrability has been implemented. As result of investigation the methods for the creation of nonlinear ceramic dielectric media with improved pulsed electromagnetic properties was developed. Оn the first time the methods of a vacuum aerosol deposition at room temperature and micro plasma oxidation were improved and for the first time applied for physical and chemical synthesis of complicated ferroelectric, magneto dielectric and Ferro electromagnetic medium, applicable for formation of powerful swiftly rising pulses of voltage, current and electromagnetic field. Experimental samples of high-voltage solid-state generators of power pulses of voltage, current and electromagnetic field, which work is based on the usage of nonlinear processes in dielectrics and ferrite have been developed.
