The purpose is the study of the experience of the transition to mass production type of building maintenance flow method of construction jobs. The study applied cliometric, comparative historical, logical, system and multivariate analysis methods, problem-historical, actualization and descriptive methods. The study determined the role of the mass type of building production flow method maintenance of construction works in the scientific, technical and socio-economic development of Ukraine. On the basis of both positive and negative experience in the Ukraine implementation of the appointed type of building work during 1957-1965 years, first set the main factors that influenced the course of the process. First developed universal conceptual basis of transition to mass production type of building maintenance flow method of construction jobs. Their use allows the implementation of such transitions on the optimal use of raw materials, logistical, financial and human resources for all forms of existing socio-economic relations in the country.
