Ovcharenko Institute of biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The protocols of Ag, Fe, Cu, MnO2, Zn and Co[Fe(CN)6] nanoparticles synthesis were developed. On the genotoxicity, mutagenicity and toxicity index, the NPs were characterized as biosafe in the concentration range 0,22-1061,0 mg /ml. Co and Zn NPs within 0,16-830,0 mg / ml range showed pro- and mutagenic action. The nanocomposite mixture was prepared using the Ag, Cu, Fe and Mn NPs in an aliquot ratio. The effectiveness of the contact interaction of spherical gold NP size of 30 nm with intact Bacіllus anthracіs sterne 34F2 cells (animals anthrax pathogen) in a wide range of gold concentrations was estimated. It is hypothesized, that the metabolically dependent accumulation is the primary mechanism that determines the interaction of bacterial cells with the gold NPs. The efficiency of biological and chemical (acid or alkaline) metal extraction from the sludge suspension, dry and swollen gel-like precipitates was studied. It was shown that the extraction degree ranges from 83 % for Zn to 15 % for Cr, and corresponds to the sequence: Zn Mn Cu Ni Cd Pb Cr. The process of heavy metals bioextraction from the sludge systems based on the enhancing of heterotrophic sludge microorganisms activity was proposed. A method for producing a cellulose- and sawdust-based phytosorbents with chemically fixed thiourea functional groups was developed. These are simple, cheap and could be used as readily available materials and reagents. The conditions of biocomposite material formation based on C. vulgaris cells and iron- oxygen-containing mineral phases were studied. The dependences of the hydrophilic- hydrophobic and electrosurface properties of Pseudomonas and Bacіllus bacteria and Chlorella microalgae on the parameters of a weak electric field pulses were investigated. Comparison of the experimental data with the calculated parameters of model systems showed that the magnitude of the biotrophic effect is determined by the changes of the field induced in the cytoplasm as well as the generalized velocity of relaxation processes in the cell.
