The deposition technique of obtained nanopowders on the surface of microparticles made of aluminum alloy AD-31 has been developed. The micro-nano system’s phase transformations within vacuum compression impregnation has been investigated. The thermophysical , mechanical and tribological properties of developed compositions of composite materials has been investigated by the experimental studies for metal matrixes of different aluminum alloys ( AK7 , AK12 , AD31 , PA4 ) , which were used as the basis of nano- microbeads for propagation of nano particles into aluminum. It is shown that an effective method for improving of composite materials based on aluminum alloys is complex reinforcing with combination of the hard particles and a solid lubricant particles . Complex filler should combine a high resistance material and the appropriate level of lubrication to provide low coefficient of friction with low wear loss simultaneously, without adverse interaction with the rider’s material. The proper composition ratio of filler components is the main principle for composite materials designing.
