Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 In order to clarify and expand the expression profile of human B lymphocyte markers of differentiation, a study of the expression levels and post-translational modifications of key components of signal trunsduction cascades were performed. There signaling molecules are involved in the regulation of gene expression and may be potential markers of B cell differentiation. It was shown that the level of PKC II and SHIP-1 expression, and also the level of PKD2 expression and autophosphorylation can be used to clarify the stages of differentiation of normal and malignant B lymphocytes. The expression profile of IRF4, IRF8, Bcl-6, PU.1, SpiB and BLIMP1 transcription factors was clarified in normal and malignant B cells. It was shown that the level of S18- 2 protein expression is reduced during differentiation from pre-B cells into plasma cells. The relationship between the number of CD4 +, CD8 + and FOXP3 + lymphocytes in endometrial cancer microenvironment and biological characteristics of the tumors were defined.
