The ribbon Ni45.4Mn40.9In13.7 was obtained by melt spinning. The obtained samples have been subjected to the complex heat treatment: homogenization at 1173 K and annealing at1023 K. Also, the measurements of the characteristic temperatures of martensitic transformation in the alloy Ni45.4Mn40.9In13.7 were made. To clarify the type of transformation the calorimetric measurements were carried out, and to determine the possibilities of practical application of the alloy Ni45.4Mn40.9In13.7 the multicycle test was held.
