The task was additionally complicated because of documentation absence. New software for auxillary equipment of ATsU-26 telescope were developed as well as previously present software were sufficiently improved. Unfortunately we failed to get observations of solar active regions on ATsU-26 telescope but we used observations from solar telescope abroad as well as data from space observatories. Studies of velocity fields in chromosphere and photosphere during two surges in NOAA 11024 active region on 4th July 2009 were carried out. Sufficient variations of velocity fields were detected in photosphere and chromosphere. Our results are compatible with new magnetic flux emergence modeling. Analysis and modeling of solar flare on 25th July 2004 were carried out. From observational data parameters of high energy electron beams were obtained with correction for Ohmic losses in electric field induced by beams themselves. Hydrodynamic models of solar atmosphere response to electronic beams heating were build. Radiative transfer with 5 level hydrogen atom model in nonLTE was carried out. Results of H-alpha emission modeling are in qualitative agreement with our observational data.
