The stable epizootic situation in Ukraine is one of the important conditions for the prevention of zoonoses ( diseases common to humans and animals) , maintaining the number of animals guaranteed its capacity , the production of safe and quality animal products , life support state and its biosafety maintain economic potential and the health of the nation. Its adherence to a considerable extent dependent on the availability of anti-epizootic measures diagnostic , preventive and therapeutic immunobiological preparations . Implementation of the European integration course of Ukraine is an integral part of internal reforms aimed at economic growth. Further integration into the WTO will have extremely important consequences for Ukraine - should be borne in mind that in these circumstances the development and production of domestic veterinary immunological products complied with international rules of GLP, GMP, GDP and standards of ISO, can not ensure their competitiveness even in the domestic market. That is a priority in the near future should be the implementation of adequate measures of increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian producers , particularly in the field of veterinary biotechnology. The main objectives of Veterinary Medicine is to protect the territory of Ukraine from the territory of other States or of areas quarantine infectious diseases, prevention and diagnosis of infectious, parasitic and non-communicable diseases and their treatment , protection from diseases common to animals and humans , state control and oversee the quality and safety of veterinary preparations, substances , finished fodder, feed additives and veterinary medical facilities , including export and import of veterinary drugs, the state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision over the observance of veterinary- sanitary requirements established by law. As well as facilitating the introduction of achievements of veterinary medicine. We consider it necessary to emphasize that distraction radical reform processes veterinary biological industry, creating a potential threat to the loss of the entire industry. It should be emphasized that the loss of biological industry will mean for our country forming another factor depending on the foreign producer. Thus, implementation of organizational measures must precede upgrade normative legal acts on quality, efficacy and safety of biological agents in the production , transportation, storage, sale , use, including export and import biological products will more effectively be prevented infections .
