The goal - the development of the foundations of systematization and classification of the information in the historiography of the development of radio technology and telecommunications on the basis of the analysis of the existing systems of classification and systematization in the historiography of Engineering. The method of investigation - a systematic approach to the use of the apparatus of set theory, and the methods and tools of information technology: the construction of ontology research. First : We propose a two-tier concept of the historiography of science and technology as the meta , the patterns of periodization and classification models of typing , using the apparatus of the theory of sets installed inheritance relationships , inclusion , associative relations and relations of "class - the data" between classes, which is built on the basis of ontology knowledge portal on the history of science and technology. The proposed approach can serve as a basis for the creation of knowledge portals in the history of radio technology and telecommunications, as well as in other areas of the history of historiography of science and technology. Our studies contribute to the development of technologies for creating knowledge portals based on ontologies, which will form the basis of next generation Internet, including the idea of the semantic Web.
