Within the project this empirical-statistical model is planned to apply for air temperature's regime forecast on the period of 2015-2025 by means of the models of global circulation of the atmosphere and oceans and IPCC's scenarios. The results of the project might be put into basis of a plan of adaptation to the consequences of changing climate.
