Theoretical studies methods of the basic characteristics of physically realizable channel-forming units underlying the development of the theory of signal representation of modern high-speed communication and transmission devices of information are developed. The concept that summarizes and develops the theory of communication in case of physically realizable systems and removes the contradiction which is connected with the assumption of finite duration of the transmitted signal and the limited bandwidth of the communication channel is created. Based on the developed methods ways of constructing channel-forming equipment and detectors characters of the message are offered. They can reduce intersymbol interference and co-channel interference associated with the loss of orthogonality of the transmitted signals.
