The purposes of work is researching of earliness inheritance and creating of high productive, semi-dwarf, lodging and disease resistant varieties with high grain quality. Methods of research are field trials, laboratory analyzes and mathematical statistic. Results. It was developed the breeding material with early maturity, high productiveness, diseases resistance and high grain quality. In breeding nurseries were selected 18 breeding lines of spring bread wheat. The grain yield of this lines exceeded control (Rannia 93) to 0,34-0,75 tons per hectare or 8,4-18,2 %. The line № 43-07 are preparing for state trials. In 2012 were estimated cultivar Cheremshyna in state field trials. It was created with individual selection with cultivar Dnepryanka exceeded initial parental components to 18%. This is the intensive cultivar with high productiveness - 50-55 c/g. The cultivars Rannya 93, Skorospelka 99, Nedra are in reproducing and releasing. The spring bread wheat cultivars of institute were cultivated on territory near 100 thousands of hectares in 2012.
