It is shown that consistent adherence to the principles of quantum mechanics leads to the definition of frequency coefficient of the Heisenberg uncertainty principle for energy. On an example of calculating evaporation rate of a number of refractory metals the advantages of the formula was demonstrated. A mathematical model of the process of formation of condensate in electron - beam evaporation and condensation of binary metal systems was developed. The example of a Cu - Cr system show that under certain conditions arise in the system self-oscillating, that results in formation of layered structures with thick layers of a complex hierarchy. A comprehensive chemical analysis and studies were performed of physical - chemical properties of nanoscale particles of turbostratic BN, the methods for determining B, N, O in nanoscale powders BN, H and C in graphite nano BN, was developed. Method for calculating the area of nanoscale particles of turbostratic BN of graphite structure was elaborated. It was studied oxidation of carbon nanoforms in B4C. In the project were extended and refined computerized database of effective equilibrium constant of reactions of formation of ion clusters in the glow discharge plasma, was created atlas of molecular interferences. Parameters of a spark plasma and their influence on the intensity of spectral lines in analysis of aluminum alloys were calculated using mathematical model.
