The research aim was to study the effect of low temperatures on preservation rate of placental materials, examine the effect of cryopreserved biological objects of placental origin (CBOPO) on the proceeding of pathological processes in model experiments. In the work thermometric, cryogenic, biophysical, biochemical, cytological, histological, immune enzyme research methods were used. Results and their novelty. There was designed efficient cryotechnique of preserving CBOPO. There was created and laid for long-term storage the primary collection of CBOPO with determined initial morphofunctional characteristics. It has been proved that low temperature preservation (up to 4 years) of HCBS at -196 C did not cause the changes in protein composition and state of biomacromolecules of HCBS. The study of biological effect of CBOPO in model experiments has shown that preliminary administration of placental cryoextract contributes to the compensation of disorders resulted from GAC effect. Use of HCBS allows the liquidation of characteristic for APS impairments of immune and reproductive systems. Research results can be used to create the stocks of cryopreserved biomaterials to be applied in personalized medicine and as immunobiological preparations in clinical practice.
