The program complex of calculation of wet steam flow in free-form channels is created with the influence of heterogeneous condensation centers on the parameters of the vapor stream. The dependence and technical solutions providing ionization and equilibrium expansion of the steam flow in the turbine are determined. The theoretical methods and practical means are developed for purposeful variation and definition of properties of a working environment after its activation. The ways to increase the efficiency and reliability of turbines are developed due to a choice of optimal mode parameters in operating conditions of the turbo-installation.
