For the first time experimently by light and electronic microscopy of rabbits' eyes was established that usage of viscoelastic containing hyaluronic acid during sinusotrabeculоtomy allows to find the filtrative channel up to 30 days after surgery. The new technique glaucoma filtrative surgery - "Cap peak" viscosinusotrabeculotomy using dispersive viscoelastic with a high content of hyaluronic acid (Patent of Ukraine № 45099) was developed and clinicaly approved at children with congenital glaucoma. The new model of penetrating corneal injury with contusion component (Patent of Ukraine № 40227) was developed. According to light and electronic microscopy data was proved that full-thickness corneal sutures applying at experimental penetrating corneal injury rabbit model allows to completely restore and adapt corneal wound in all layers. The new method of penetrating corneal injury primary surgical repair was developed (Patent of Ukraine № 46474) and clinicaly approved. The new coefficient of corneal scar quality after primary surgical repair (PSR) was developed. The technique of lensvitrektomy of the uveal complicated cataract using limbal bimanual approach was developed (Patent of Ukraine № 69898).
