Pathological excavation of optic disc was observed in 55,2 % eyes with SPBG. The intraocular pressure (IOP) decrease resulted in decreased excavation level in 27,3% after autoscleral cyclogoniodrainage surgery with autosclera fold (ACGD(F)).
