Conceptual fundamentals for modernization of industrial policy and strategy of Ukraine in the context of the world economy changes and post crisis internal realities were scientifically grounded. Strategic goals and objectives of the national industry' development oriented on innovative type of neoindustrialization were proposed. Scientific and methodical approach to assessment of the groups of factors' impact on the efficiency of price ratio changes in the economy and industry as an analytical tool to ground the priority tasks of structural modernization of industrial policy and sectoral strategies (on the information and methodological basis of SNA) was proposed and approved. On the basis of the methodical approach adaptation to assessment of the positive (GVA growth) and negative (inflation) R&D-effects their specific character in the Ukrainian economy/industry were revealed and sectoral priorities of the strategies for innovative development were proposed. According to the results of quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of changes in the inter-sectoral GVA allocation the strategic directions of industrial policy in respect of certain activities were suggested. Recommendations for industrial policy adjustments to improve strategically important industrial structural proportions for the national economy' development have been formulated. Conceptual statements concerning directions of modernization of the steel industry development' strategy based on the grounding of its basic strategic rates in the context of the world of technology, resource and environmental trends were developed. Potential benefits and risks of regional integration projects (EU Association/Customs Union) for Ukrainian industry were analytically reasoned.
