The flora and vegetation of natural and technogenic ecotopes in the south-east of Ukraine were the objects of our study. The dynamics and specific features of their flora genesis were subjected to our study. The aim of our work was to detect and evaluate performance and adaptation features of different types of model phytosystems of the anthropogenic transformed floras in the southeastern Ukraine at the contemporary stage of anthropogeogenesis basing on their monitoring studies. We applied floristic, geobotanical, genetic methods to our research. The model objects were identified for monitoring studies of flora and vegetation condition of various types of transformed floras: "Khomutovskaya step" and "Kalmiuske" Branches of the Ukrainian Steppe Nature Reserve, "Bilenke" site located in "Kramatorsky" Regional Landscape Park flora and floras of technogenic ecotopes. The vegetation cover of protected areas includes both typical "standard" and rare species of plants and plant communities. Floral and phytocoenotic lists of these areas were compiled, showing the increasing number of species in the reserve branches compared to the inventory dating back to 15-30-years ago, that is indicative of instability of protected areas floras. The composition of flora and vegetation rarity fraction in the studied areas was determined. The dynamics of plant communities' structure at 8 permanent sites in "Kamennye Mogyly" Branch of the Ukrainian Steppe Nature Reserve was investigated. The analysis of the species composition dynamics during twenty years was carried out in six coal mine waste dumps in Donetsk and Makeevka. Both species richness, which increased by an average for 21 species, and changes in the similarity of objects by cluster analysis indicate the growing influence of endoecogenetic processes in vegetation development on the relationship between their floras. Genetic diversity of Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea in "Melovaya Flora" Branch of the Ukrainian Steppe Nature Reserve is found to be lower than that of the population in "Svyati Hory" National Park. Genetic structure both of different age groups (30, 60 and 100 years) and in the whole population of P. sylvestris var. cretacea in "Melovaya Flora" was close to equilibrium. The study of genetic variability of two Quercus robur populations in the steppe of Ukraine using four nSSR loci showed that observed heterozygosity (HO) was 0.20 to 0.23, expected heterozygosity (HE) was 0.39 to 0.46. A lack of heterozygous genotypes (F=0.34 to 0.52) was characteristic for both populations.
