The optimum concentration of functional nanoparticles to create coatings with a high luminescence intensity and optical transparency was determined. A new approach for the creation of the method of forming a polymer coating via the method of formation scintillation nanoparticles in polymer brushes on the surface of the substrate was proposed. This approach provides the formation of a thin composite material with high light transmittance and increased scintillation characteristics.
