The purpose - it is development scientific bases determination of optimal methods of synthesis and oxidation catalyst technology of organic substances. Research methods - thermodynamic and kinetic calculations, mathematical modeling (study of patterns and establishing physical and chemical conditions of synthesis catalyst), radiographic studies (determination of the phase composition of the catalyst), the method Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (determination of the specific surface area of the catalyst samples), derivatografic and differential thermal analysis (registration phase transformations and study their parameters), scanning electron microscopy (study of the microstructure of the catalyst), electron-probe microanalysis (quantitative analysis of the surface of the catalyst), potentiometric methods of analysis (the study of the processes of precipitation of iron molybdate), absorption spectroscopy in the UV and visible areas (determining the composition of the reaction mixtures), infrared spectroscopy (performing the analysis to identify the pure chemicals). The method of producing iron-molybdenum oxide catalyst was proposed by precipitation method with providing a guaranteed minimum content of impurities in the iron molybdate precipitate is achieved by adding a solution of ammonium heptamolybdate to a solution of nitrate or iron chloride(III) and compliance with the optimum ratio between the concentration of the precursor solution of iron and its acidity. The scientific foundations of technologies for producing iron-molybdenum oxide catalyst was used in obtaining pilot batch of oxide catalysts. The area of application of the results of research under NDR KWED DK 009:2010 : C 20.59 - manufacture of other chemical products, M 72.19 - research and experimental development in other natural sciences and engineering.
