Objective - increasing the performance of lithium-ion battery with the spinel based cathode (LiMn2O4) through surface modification of titanium oxide, silicon, zirconium and aluminum; optimization of the modified composite positive electrode material increasing electrochemical stability of the non-aqueous electrolyte by the usage of stabilizing additives, the analysis of efficiency of the positive electrode, depending on the nature of the modifying agent and the nature of additive which comprised in the non-aqueous electrolyte. Research Methods are scanning electron microscope (SEM - 106I ), X-ray diffraction (DRON - 2.0), electrochemical studies in galvanostatic mode (test bench software) and cyclic voltammetry (Voltalab- 40). Carried out surface modificationbase LiMn2O4- spinel oxides TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3 followed by thermal treatment.The dependence of the electrochemical properties of spinel LiMn2O4 from treatment temperature and the nature of the modifying additive was established. Shows the effect of the discharge current and final voltage charge at the level of specific reversible capacity and the degree of degradation during prolonged cycling. The quantitative and qualitative composition of the modifying agent in the mass composite of the positive electrode was defined. The composition of stabilizing additives for increasing of electrochemical electrolyte stability was substantiated .Using fields:C 27.20 Manufacture of batteries.
