The purpose of the study - the establishment of physical and chemical laws of synthesis of nanostructured oxide catalysts for the oxidative dehydrogenation of aliphatic hydrocarbons and their derivatives and the development of scientific bases predictable management of the composition of catalysts. Methods of research - experimental and statistical methods , the study of the catalytic activity of the catalyst samples by using a flow reactor model , spectrophotometry , potentiometry, fotokolometry , scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction method , thermal analyses, mathematical modeling . The basic patterns of chemical reactions in the synthesis and thermal processing of complex oxide catalysts based on iron, and molybdenum compounds . Physicochemical processes in this system when administered promoting additive in a solution containing ions of titanium (IV). An original model of the chemical transformations that occur in the synthesis of the iron- molybdenum catalyst promoted with titanium ions, which allows to predict the composition of the products obtained. A new method of preparation of iron- molybdenum catalyst promoted with titanium ions, which allows the process of partial oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde with high selectivity and activity. Promotion titanium expands working characteristics of the catalyst, improving its thermal stability and durability.
