The purpose: radio-spectroscopic (EPR, NMR), energy-disperse (EDS, HKL), optic- and electron-microscopic researches. In job the results od optic- and electron-microscopic researches, energy-disperse and radio-spectroscopic investigation of layered semi-conductor crystals of group А3В6 intercalated by hydrogen are considered. With use of the specified methods for the first time is experimentally shown, in particular, that crystals GaSe, as against crystals InSe, have significant amount of residual Se in interlayer space, which leaves a crystal in annealing process at vacuum. The model of entry of hydrogen in layered crystals is offered and the conclusions concerning use of layered crystals for accumulation of hydrogen are made.
