On the base of the automated vacuum setting UVN-74 few methods of two- and three-component nanocomposite thin-films deposition with a matrix from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyparaphenylene sulfide (PPS), and also multi-layered systems on glass substrates ( "nanoclusters of silver / dye", "silver film / PTFE / dye") were developed. "Dye in the matrix of PTFE or PPS" composition films were obtained first in the world in ISP of NAS of Ukraine. In the University of Vildau, Germany, the termogravimetriy analysis of dyes was performed and the most suitable of its for the aims of project were selected. On glass and plastic disks films consist of matrix of PTFE or PPS and dye, and also multi-layered systems, were inflicted "nanoclasters of silver - dye" were deposited. Homogeneous on a nanolevel films were passed in IPRI NANU for a record by a laser on a wave-length 405 nm. Morphology formed in films by laser holes were studied by an atomic-power microscope. Created holes had the diameter of 20 - 50 nm, that suits to the high-density recording of information.
