Effects of the evolution of the crystal structure and electrical BSS MgB2 superconductor under the influence of the relatively weak thermal and radiation effects. 2. Based on the results of studies of the evolution of the crystal structure and the physical properties under the influence of electron irradiation established the nature and mechanisms of radiation damage by irradiation BSS superconductor MgB2 with high-energy electrons: the appearance of vacancies in the B-B-honeycomb layers of the crystal lattice. 3.Shown that a decrease in the population of positions in the V - V-lattice layers MgB2 reduces energy dimensional ?-bonds V - V and, consequently, narrowing the "large" ?? energy gap at the Fermi surface, from which associated relatively high critical temperature of the superconductor. 4.Found that the application of moderately strong magnetic fields leads to lowering of the critical temperature of the superconductor MgB2 BSS, and the expansion of the superconducting transition. 5. First discovered anomalies dependences of the lattice parameters and intensity of X-ray interferences and electrical BSS superconductor MgB2 by electron irradiation dose, indicating the flow of electronic topological transition when the population of B-sublattice MgB2 due to the formation of vacancies.
