As a result of the planned milestones in 2012 , a series of experiments to measure the yields dependence of the reaction 16O (y, X) 7Be , 14N ( y, X) 7Be , 12C ( y, X) 7Be from the maximum energy in the electron spectrum for the following values energy : 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 MeV on thermostable targets - samples AlN ( aluminum nitride ), Al2O3 ( corundum ) and graphite (C ), i.e. nuclei 14N, 16O and 12C , respectively. Using the software package GEANT 4.9.4 were calculated spectra of gamma - rays that irradiate each target assembly (for given values of the electron energy 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 MeV). On the basis of the experimentally obtained and calculated data obtained in 2013 section of nuclear reactions with generation 7Be isotope on 16O , 14N and 12C. Nuclei 16O, 14N, are part of the atmosphere, the cross sections obtained for the first time. Thanks to the combination results obtained together with the Russian project executors, received their first opportunity to assess the relative contributions of the cleavage reactions and photonuclear reactions in the formation of equilibrium distributions of cosmogenic radionuclides in the earth atmosphere.
