In the second section, a mathematical model of hydrodynamic fluid is developed basing on the principle of "smoothed particles". In the fourth section the experience of using low-energy ion beams to assess the properties of uranium compounds is described. In the fifth section the influence of the parameters of mode of pulse-plasma treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the modified steels with different carbon contents is analyzed.
