A research object is the process of economic activity at PRA "New Life". An aim of research work is the deepening of theoretical and methodological principles and the developing of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of synergetic model of enterprise development in agricultural sphere and also the development of the offers for their practical implementation at PRA "New Life". In the process of research such methods were used : comparative, analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction, abstract and logical; economic and statistical; expert; graphical; accounting; analogy, modeling and others. Basic scientific job : the development of methodical approach to the implementation of measures and emergent solutions in the course of economic activity and further development of PRA "New Life" ,that lie in the complex reforming the management system of the enterprise, the direct production and financial management system. Separate suggestions of performers of research work are inculcated in the educational process of the Ternopil national economic university at development of the scientific and methodological providing and teaching of disciplines.
